The bridge consists of two separate entities, which make up the spaces for Hellen Keller and Angela Merkel. The volcanic terrain represents the obstacles which must be overcome in order to gain power and to remain in power.

Angela Merkel's space is extremely large, and is the predominant space in the environment. This represents the fact that she is highly ambitioius, and possesses power on a global scale.
Hellen Keller's space is independent, yet it requires support from other spaces. This shows her ability to branch out into deeper fields of consciousness due to her constant determination, despite facing the challenge of being both blind and deaf. Keller has gaines power through overcoming unimaginable handicaps, and is elevated to a high space.

The meeting space takes into account the ambition of both clients, and thus appears to be dominating and empowering. The bushes also form a path through which Keller can easily access the dining table, through sound and touch.
