The materials I have used in my model are quite consistent through all levels. I've done this in order to produce a more 'complete' gallery and studio space, and does not necessarily interfere with the representation of the words I have chosen. The materials used (mainly wood and glass) have been chosen due to their aesthetic appeal. The glass allows artworks to be views from all aspects, whilst providing protection from environmental effects.
